We have few friends at the UN. Read this morning that China PM said nothing about imposing new sanctions on NK. The Chinese PM did say they were planning on implementing PAST sanctions that were imposed against NK. Well, they are playing both sides against the middle. Also, the entire Russian delegation and their supporters did not even show up at the last Sec. Tillerson go-round. IMHO, this is a most worthless organization; but Mattis likes it (wants it) and he's one hell of lot smarter than me..

Libya was once the UN chairman for Human rights and now Saudi Arabia is for Female Rights....WTF?
