It was bound to happen at some point. They want to be the be-all Linux Desktop, they are going to have to include more programs and support more hardware out of the box. Looks like the old problem of "Feature Creep" to me.

SGT (Join to see) - Fedora was pretty good in the day. I cut my teeth on them in 2005. Don't feel bad, at least you did not say "Mandrake"

SSgt Mark Lines - Discontinued. Cool screenshot, though. By the way, Ubuntu Studio has more toys than I've been able to master in 5 months.

SGT (Join to see) - I knew they were discontinued. It is a shame really, they were really good in their day. Ubuntu Studio was fun to play around with when I was in Okinawa. It synched right up with our mixing board. When I left there 3 years ago, our sound engineer was still learning tricks with it, after using it for a year.

SSgt Mark Lines - I believe it. Approximately 30 apps pre-installed for music, graphic, and video production. . . too many toys at once. Lingering Christmas.
