Well isn't that special??? So what is Cal doing for the needs of its conservative students... now that is a real minority.

As long as my federal tax dollars are not being used, I could care less about what CA does. However, I would think the taxpayers whose kids are attending Berkley at full fare would care.

yeah... and add to this the Regents' asking for a rate increase after it was disclosed they had a $75 Mil 'slush fund'
