UK army recruitment ads target 'snowflake' millennials

It is an interesting take on millennials and how to use their “skills” in the military. However their campaign posters take me back to history class or maybe even a mix of Man In the High Castle. The color scheme and font, as well as the images. I’m curious how to see the analytics of this.
