When I reported to Military Indoctrination for Medical Service Officers (MIMSO) the cadre was experimenting with a new concept. They had two unattached TI's, both TSgt's to teach us how to properly adorn our uniforms, stand formations and march. The two physicians chosen as flight leaders were LTC's with no previous military experience. We all knew that the two TI's were having to control their asperity each time the LTC's made a mistake. Those two NCO's should have received either a medal or bonus pay for those two weeks.
