Well I'm going to jump in here and say yes the article reads like conspiracy theories but is more like than not true. As a former soldier and civilian employee who worked in finance this would have been a conflict of interest hiring one of your employees to do work for your organization under contract.
Unfortunately the amount of money was probably budget dust. I would highly suggest you read some cases that OMB has prused nobody goes to jail they retire or get reassigned. Corruption is everywhere.

Actually, I worked in the marketing department of MWR as a civilian. I was a GS employee working for a NAF agency.

1) Fort Carson does not embezzle. Fort Carson CANNOT embezzle. Fort Carson is a place, and places cannot act. PEOPLE at Fort Carson (may be) embezzl(ing).

2) This article is so circuitously and vaguely worded that it approaches incomprehensibility. This is 100% written like a conspiracy theory - long on insinuation and *hints* of wrong doing and short on actual facts. Add in the repeated "*they* don't want you to know"s and the "if the public knew what was really going on"s and the occasional "the only people who refuse my wild-ass accusations are people who don't care or people who are complicit"s and you got an article that is a completely waste of time and electrons.

SFC Casey O'Mally - Also, who owned the civilian blog where purchases went to. It was a Ryan Stikeleather. That's what the purchase receipts show. Why exactly did the Army write up a vague report? It certainly could've been more specific. Furthermore, why do I have audio of an Army CID agent saying I was on a 'Need to Know' basis where the base says I was supposedly funneling money...to MWR employees accounts.

Yeah...I'm the grifter.

SFC Casey O'Mally - Also, MWR agreed to a formal investigation in writing prior to questioning me - yet excluded every piece of evidence I had at the time - included some evidence with projects my managers actually asked me to do - - including the person who wrote the investigation - - and the investigation is 'informal'.

Sounds like the grifters needed a fall guy and I caught on. Upon gathering enough evidence, I brought up the matter. I was subsequently investigated but never charged. Investigation results were withheld from until I was able to get them begrudgingly through a FOIA request. The remainder of the results are heavily redacted despite a report that blames me for something - - and in which a Garrison Commander says I did no impropriety to Congressman Doug Lamborn - - in writing - - yet you disagree with.

I'll post the letter to Doug Lamborn.

SGT Ronald Coyle, Ph.D. When I said I was done, I meant I was done.

When I asked you to stop spamming me, I meant stop spamming me.

Having been involved in multiple different investigations from almost every angle - accused, accuser, whistle-blower, witness, and investigator - I can think of many different possible answers to your inane "How come......" questions. But I was not there, and I was not part of the investigation, so obviously I cannot answer specifically.

You posted a straight up conspiracy theory. Then when called on it, you got aggressive but still failed to provide any evidence. Then when called on THAT, you started posting select evidence - just enough to shape the narrative you wanted; kind of like the edited J6 footage (and you can choose the Congressional edit or the Tucker edit - either way it is selectively edited to shape a narrative, not to show the truth.)

I stand by my assessments, and they will not change.

So PLEASE just drop it. Or at least go whine to someone else.
