Also tried to meet up with at least two of them to have sex. One teen refused and another teen said he made up an excuse to get out of it as Reiboldt waited at a park near his home.

Hard to say...Predators go to where the prey is. This has always been the case. Perhaps we are hearing more about it, perhaps the predators feel more emboldened these day with the acceptance of more and more deviant behavior in society. Perhaps they know parents are not watching closely enough. It certainly seems we hear about more of it. It is highly concerning.
