That is an interesting discussion title SSgt Mark Lines. Since this was posted on March 21 and my internet was not disconnected I suspect this may have been an advertising gimmick.

LTC Stephen F. Sir, it was dependent upon which model of Kindle you had. My 4 year old Kindle Paperwhite did loose internet connectivity until I updated the firmware.
