I guess the folks at Reuters haven't realized that ISIS is really just a unit of IS (the Caliphate) and that they will eventually "bring the War" to the whole world. Kick them out of Syria, they start back up in Afghanistan, kick them out of Afghanistan and they move into Iraq or Europe or America. The only way to stop the Caliphate is to "Kill them all and let God sort it out!

That seems like the only way to get these guys but I don't if I would order my troops if I was the president to do that, i couldn't order someone to do something that is ouldn't do myself.
