If you go in to The Apple store, Best Buy, Walmart, Verizon or any cellphone stores both the United States,Canada and most of the world, any
auto parts store, your dollarama or Dollar Tree discount store, Michael's, Target, Sears and most of your clothing stores will have most items be made in China. You may see Bangladesh, Honduras and other countries but I would say that the majority of your items will come from China.

Clothing and basic needs are a no big deal but pharmaceuticals and semiconductors and your telephone network coming from China is a security risk. China could decide one day that they don't like what we're saying and cut us off as like what they're doing right now to Australia ( Boycotting barley and adding an 80% tariff to their beef) because Australia severely criticizes China and wants the People's Republic of China and other entities to investigate the Corona virus that came from China. Freedom of speech is not allowed in China. Look what's happening in Hong-Kong right now where they want to change the laws and not make Hong-Kong an anonymous region with freedom. This is the shape of things to come if we let China bully us around. We need to bring our important commodities back to the US or to Democratic allies who won't play games.
