It's time for us to step aside on this one. This is really a good opportunity for the US to step aside from Iraq in general. My concern is that Iran has been assisting Iraq with ISIS in Iraq, so that puts Iraq and Iran against the Kurds. I think that following that alliance, Iran will have much greater influence in Iraq - and last I checked, we didn't like Iran all that much - so that's not good for US influence in the region.

Really, we should step aside from Iraq, Iran and Kurdistan and let that dust settle without our interference.
