Toxic Leadership and a failure by her chain of command. This is one of those times where I do not approve of the inability for service members to hold those higher then them accountable. The only justice would be for her chain of command that failed to take appropriate action be bounced out and lose their retirements.

She is stuck with a life time of medical problems and disfigurement.
