Wayne, I am all about winning the hearts and minds, important stuff. However, sometimes you gotta get attention first, maybe with a bat, yea that's it a bat.

Tact: the ability to tell someone "fuck off" and make them feel good about it.

Marine Tact: the ability to tell someone "go to hell" and then give them a hearty assist in beginning the journey.

There is one thing that I have noticed lately and that is when you shut down one location such as this, they always seem to have a backup ready to take over someplace else. It would be nice if this was not the case this time.
