US giving $638M aid to Yemen, Somalia, Nigeria, South Sudan

Lets see, for the most part this is my take:

Yemen- An iffy situation, but with what is going on and whom we are supporting to support the government there, probably little to no chance.

Somalia- Considering that they just elected a Somali-American as thier Pres and he wants to shake things up, I would say about medium as he has alot of shaking to do.

Nigeria- Considering thier stance i would say highly unlikely, but the pockets of officials are another story.

South Sudan- Always in flux so cannot really say.

Iraq is a HORRIBLE example as we screwed that up from day 2

How much of it will go to various rebels and terrorist types? No one knows. Might look to Iraq for an example of foreign aid to our allies in the ME.
