This is an article by Bloomburg. When you consider their links to the CCP and other corporate ties to "PLA Inc." , I'm afraid that their opinions don't resonate with me at all. Another way of stating it, when they say China will not or cannot attack Taiwan, I want everyone to be monitored better.

Xi must be like Mao and purge existing leaders to replace with those he trusts. Of course, if they gain too much power then he will purge them every few years to keep the CCP and military under his control. I hope we can build our industrial base fast enough to avoid the supply disruptions we have had in the last few years. Apple still makes most their phones in China and many other tech suppliers use China for 80%+ of the technology items we use for automation.
