Good article on current actions in East Africa. Would stand to disagree with AFRICOM PAO using the term "self-defense strike" though - being only a nation in close proximity to the action should be using such a stated action in trying to define a strike or a raid against an enemy and not the further away US.

Looks Like the ideals of His first and take out the problem before it grows is working
pre-emptive strikes against the enemy is an excellent idea and plan...
