CPO Tim Dickey - i will upvote you tomorrow..I maxed out my up votes..thanks CPO..I had a very boring procurement online class and very difficult to understand all the hands in the process and how complicated it is..I, not a pilot or engineer, just was looking up the history and I was surprised that Potus G.W Bush did executive order in 2001 that haunts us today. I like and love jets and aviation but the cost and only one engine scares me! thanks again CPO!

CPO Tim Dickey - The class of CGSOC asked us to write, in essay form, what we would suggest if we could do acquisition reform and I sugguested, as you read, to put in a procurement Czar similiar to the fed reserve has where they are put there for the long term as a non-partisan watchdog to stay 15 years to keep continuity to the defense procurement process instead of appointees and political types coming and going as the regimes change on Capitol Hill.
