US Navy collisions stoke cyber threat concerns

I have built 2 of these ships, served on them at every watch station. I can't say this emphatically enough that there was no cyber attack. This unfortunately, all comes down to lack of training. Th writer of the article, and his major source, are both cyber warfare experts. Not sailors.
