what's that movie that came out in 2000 or 2001 call 13 days you confuse with the zombie movie the Destroyer with firing star shells at the Russian Freighters because they were ignoring radio semaphore signals and the Kennedy administration thought that the star shells would be considered provocative. I'm sure a couple shots from 50 cal will get their attention LOL
