Dear editors at Mintpressnews.com. She is not in the Army. She is in the Navy. She is not Soldier. She is a Sailor. These are basic facts. Do you have no one fact-checking your work?

Ya, that sucks, it does say Navy in the article though. We used to get called soldiers, Army Engineers Or Marines and Marine Engineers in all kind of Photos and Articles, until they figured out who we are, not so bad now.

Hmmmm. Is our country perfect? Not even close. Are there bad things occurring? Yes. But I will say this. Ma'am, you are a service member in the armed forces. If you don't want to honor the flag and stand up, then get out...PLEASE. Yes it is your constitutional right but when you raise your right hand, swear and give Uncle Sam a blank check redeemable for your life, it is no longer about you. When you swear to protect your country IT IS NOT ABOUT YOU!! Instead of kneeling why not stand and fight? The article said you were/are in the Army or Navy. FIGHT! Stand up and be proud that you are in a country that encourages freedom of speech. But no, you have the audacity to wear the uniform, post on social media for all to see, forsake your fellow brothers/sisters just to bring attention to yourself.

You are a representative of this nation, the best part of the nation. The select few that have the fortitude to raise their hands and swear that no one will harm the rest of us. But I guess that was too much for you. Do the rest of us a favor and leave the service. Then you can protest all you want without repercussion from a chain of command. I understand the protest and as a minority, I have been through my fair share of heartache. But if are old enough to make your own decisions in regards to the National Anthem while in the service, you are old enough to understand what is required of you. If you get in trouble, put on your big girl underwear and take the punishment...LIKE A SOLDIER OR LIKE A SAILOR.
