Probably true, at least in today’s world with congress getting down into the weeds. If I was the commander of the unit, I would put out guidance to my junior leaders to remind the troups that we are guests and we don’t want to wear out our welcome. And should someone wear out our welcome for any reason, the others, including myself, would not think highly about it.
