Sharing a report from a LA County veteran study. The executive summary has some interesting recommendations for supporting veterans in transition. Would these recommendations apply at the national level as well, or are there local communities that are better meeting veteran needs?

I still don't understand how we have service member leaving the service unprepared. Commanders need to be held accountable for members who are not given an opportunity to EAS effectively. This has been going on for far to long and everyone knows about it, yet does nothing.
