MSgt Lionel (Leo) Rondeau Agriculture on a whole is on a decline. Especially because big AG is putting smaller farms out of business, and over regulation is a cause of this as well. The incentives are to get people to start farming again.

Chinese have in fact over the last few decades been buying up big AG and food processing centers in America!
Can anyone see the irony of a foreign nation owning your food production and lands?!?!?!
State Department should never allow such sales to foreign entities period.

I agree with you SPC Britanny *Winnie* Balthaser. We need to get the smaller home grown farms working again. I lived in the Midwest for a few years and know many people with family farms and the difficulties they face. These incentives are a boon to them.
