SGT (Join to see) The Data Looks Kind of Conflicting. It sounds Like if You are a Veteran getting out early in your career to chase Your Civilian Dreams Utah is Good but if You did a Full Military Career, Utah May Not be Your Best Choice for a Twilight Career.
