Good article on how the VA tends to manipulate research data and claim "insufficient evidence" when denying veterans disability claims. PTSD and marijuana use is one such case where they relied on testing of live animals, particularly dogs.

There are so many problems in America that need fixing, however only so much can be done legally by Executive Order. We need both parties in Congress to lay off the politics, for at least a little while, and take care of them. We also need to give the President some breathing room so he can get to work instead of constantly defending himself from pernicious attacks. Let's judge our elected officials at election time...

Congress definitely needs to take care of issues instead of passing them off to the executive branch who most of the time is more than willing to step in but really should not be.

I agree, none of this is the present or past Presidents fault, Congress holds the purse strings and the power of direction. They have long shirked those duties for politics and 2018 midterms whether for Republicans or Democrats should be determined by their character not party affiliation.
