A life, probably shortened, due to incompetent Doctors. The taxpayer pays for the lawsuit award. Who is being held accountable in the VA?

I'm happy for his win and sadden he had to experience the whole ordeal. And yet I can't stop from being bitter that I can't even get help to see if I qualified for a disability rating. But for those who are achieving some reward for their suffering, I congratulate them and ask that they stay strong.
