His clearance and passwords should have been revoked simultaneously when he was advised of the pending layoff! Interesting and another ‘teaching point’. Nice don’t cut it when dealing with security! PO3 Steven Sherrill

CSM Charles Hayden Nice definitely doesn't cut it. In an IT Field, you have to change all admin level passwords that the individual had access to. That can be an involved task if best practices are used and no two systems have the same password.
