It saddens me to read of another Veteran killing himself because the VA dropped another deadly ball.
A hospital worker told The New York Times that “someone dropped the ball.”
A 76-year-old veteran committed suicide on Aug. 21 outside the Northport Veterans Affairs Medical Center on Long Island, local police officials said.
Peter A. Kaisen was pronounced dead after he shot himself in the hospital’s parking lot.

This physically sickens me that we (the us government) treats it's vets in this matter. Has anyone been fired, tried, or jailed for the waiting list scandals. How many vets have to die before this "medical system" for veterans is examined and corrected that is obviously broken?

Something like this ought to make everyone associated with the VA mad. This could have been prevented. Some heads need to roll over this death.
