Veterans Directed Care Program for veterans of all ages at risk for nursing home placement but the program is rejected or unknown to alot of VA's - Why is this program not mandatory?

Please everyone call and ask your Dr, Nurse, Social Workers, Politicians if your VA has the program and if not WHY??!! Our voices need to be heard so our vets get the benefits they deserve
