Job Fairs can be interesting. Personally - I've never had much luck winning interviews or follow-ups through some of these events, but I was able to figure out what the recruiters were looking for, how other candidates behaved and responded, and I came out of the events with recommendations and advices.

Marsh & McLennan Companies among many others will be some of the exhibitors in various cities. This will be a great opportunity to read job market situations and trends, sense where the booming industries are, and connect with other candidates and recruiters.
