he should be rligible by law for a weight waiver.. he’s a big guy and needs a dog that’s strong to help him if he falls and is injured.. I think his doc could get that for him in short order.. and tell the condo group to shove their blue paper where the sun doesn’t shine.. right up their posterior!

Since this issue is in Florida I am not surprised at the heavy handiness SSG Diane R. of the Conway-area condominium association. It is sad that seventy-year-old Vietnam Way veteran Robert L. Brady has been given until Jan. 11, 2018 to give up 41-pound mixed-breed sidekick Bane, deemed as an emotional support dog simply because the dog weighs more than 35 pounds.
In Florida alligators, pythons, giant iguanas and other animals move around freely under threat of punishment in many areas
Hopefully this Vietnam War veteran will get a reprieve and he will be able to keep his sidekick bane for the rest of ban'e life.

I sure hope so, I am not a fan of dogs in the house but when you have a buddy like that it's not right to put them out.

Is it because the kind of dog he is.. that’s b.s. in my OHPO ! I suppose he might be too protective or maybe turn on him?
More b.s. about the turn-on-him scenario.. that’s too frichen bad..
