Veteran's flooded New Port Richey home nears completion

At 85 years old Gordon Page has seen his share of hardships. Gordon served in the Korean War and spent years caring for other veterans in need.

But the summer of 2015 proved to be one of the most difficult times in his life. Heavy rains swept through Pasco County, flooding a number of neighborhoods. Gordon’s was one of them.

When we first met Gordon, he and his wife were in tears, wondering where they would stay, what they would do, and who might be willing to help. Their home had water in every room. The house would have to be almost gutted before they could return. They had no idea what the next six months would have in store for them.
