I guess you could always reach out to your state's organization that does similar work and ask them to do the same? Maybe reference Delaware's future success in the program.

I know, right? I'm in VA...but we do have a local beekeeping supply store run by a young vet, I'm going to ask her if she can pursue this for our state. Maybe you could do the same in OK?
