It is a good plan. Give veterans the right to see ANY doctor, enter ANY hospital for their treatment. I had my heart surgery at Arizona University Hospital - even though offered the Tucson Veterans as an alternative......research, teaching University hospital or a Veterans Hospital - which would you chose. That's what Carson wants to give everyone, the ability to use the finest hospitals.`
