I've never heard anything about any legislation that he is describing. More delusions? Of course, you and I both know that the VP cannot "change" an election. He merely presides over the proceedings as the Electoral College does its thing.

Not saying what Trump does is always right but Biden has pandered to his leftist cult as well saying the filibuster is Jim Crow or racist. Now we find out about how he also did the wrong thing. He chose a mediocre female to be VP instead of the best person for the position like POTUS Bush was trying to do. Trump is wrong to do this but Biden was successful in stopping Bush from getting an appellate court judge based on her record as a jurist based on the content of her character not the color of her skin.
