PO1 Tony Holland Mall security call cops on kid trespassing after warning, resisting arrest with violence, battery on LEO. If only people would just put handcuffs on themselves the world would be so easy. Fighting cops and refusing to put your hands behind your back has consequences. Nothing there done by cops was outrageous.

At some point, there needs to be some middle ground on this discussion. Both parties were in the wrong here. I've never been in law enforcement but I cannot imagine how difficult it is for these police officers when a foul-mouthed and unwilling to participate person decides they do not want to comply. What hour in that cop's shift did this person decide to act the way she did? How many other arrests and confrontations did these cops have to deal with prior to getting to her? What I think is left out of the conversation is how much stress do cops actually go through in a day and is them just snapping because they cannot take it anymore? There are probably 3/4 of all altercations that could've been avoided had the person just complied. I also think what we need to stop doing is immediately blaming the cops for doing their jobs.
