Agreed, but.... What if the feds are waiting until it's voting time? They can charge and start prosecution, drag it out until the resident can't give a pardon?

Here's the thing:
1) The Benghazi Committee was charged with find out EVERYTHING about the Benghazi attack. Why didn't they know about these "witnesses" and if they did know, why have they allowed an organization with a known and obvious Conservative slant to "break" this "news?"
2) What resources does FoxNews have that the Benghazi Committee or the US Federal government doesn't? Even in this report, FoxNews admits that these "witnesses" "never talked to investigators." So, which is it? Did the Benghazi committee know about these witnesses and just not say anything or is the reasoning a little more obvious: To act as a political mallet to hit HRC over the head with and to continue to incite anger against the Obama administration while draining funds and resources that could be used...ANYWHERE ELSE!
3) For PO2 Mark Saffell Between 2001 and 2009, 66 American lives were lost, including American contractors and 2 diplomats, in embassy attacks. Where is the justice for those families? Don't they deserve to have their questions resolved or are the lives of the these 5 worth more than theirs?
It's drawing close to 800 days and the Benghazi committee is still no close to finding out anything more than when they first came together. Gowdy needs to s&*t or get off the pot because this ignorant and despicable witch hunt needs to end.

SSG Michael Hartsfield I think what sticks in my throat is watching HRC stand in front of those flag draped caskets talking about how a video caused this. She did something that is unforgivable yet she is poised to run for President. Obama did wrong. He did it to win an election. He will always be thought of as a POS and the worst President in modern times. not much else you can do to him. But HRC is different. She lied, is still lying and the media is still covering for her. 2001 and 2009. Well 2001 was Bush. He is gone. 2009 is Obama and I don't see him doing anything yet he is still here...well kind of. 2001 doesn't excuse HRC for her lies and then to suggest the family lied? Really?

SSG Michael Hartsfield, PO2 Mark Saffell, "1) The Benghazi Committee was charged with find out EVERYTHING about the Benghazi attack."

The Benghazi committee was charged with finding out everything, yet never even talked to HRC, who was central to the inquiry. Also, those who were present at the time of the attack were dispersed overseas where they were unavailable to be questioned and their names still have not been released to the investigators by this administration.

"2) What resources does FoxNews have that the Benghazi Committee or the US Federal government doesn't?"

The desire to find and report the truth.

"Even in this report, FoxNews admits that these 'witnesses' 'never talked to investigators'."

If you look more carefully at this report you will see that this is because they fear retribution from this administration if they tell the truth. This administration has been engaged in a cover-up from the very beginning and it continues up to the present day.

Also, if you recall, at the time of the Benghazi attack there were reports that the purpose of the attack was to kidnap Ambassador Stevens and trade him for the Blind Sheikh" who was responsible for the first World Trade Center bombing. Coming just before the election this trade would make Obama look like an important player on the world stage.

One of these reports states:

"An al Qaeda terrorist [named Abdallah Dhu-al-Bajadin] stated in a recent online posting that U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens was killed by lethal injection after plans to kidnap him during the Sept. 11, 2012 terror attack in Benghazi went bad.

Ever since assuming the office of President on June 30, 2012, Mursi has been extremely clear about his strong desire to have the ‘Blind Sheikh’ released. The Washington Post reported that Mursi ‘assumed office with a pledge to press the United States for Abdel Rahman’s release’ and that al-Qaeda’s number one – Ayman al-Zawahiri – echoed the sentiment.

Remember that Almogaz news report? In it, Ansar al-Sharia’s mission is described as being to ‘release Islamist prisoners’. This would indeed bolster the claims and suspicions of those who believe the mission in Benghazi on September 11th was to kidnap Stevens and trade him for the ‘Blind Sheikh’.

… consider the itinerary for Ambassador Stevens, who arrived in Benghazi on 9/10/12 and was scheduled to depart on 9/14/12. That the State Department’s top official in Libya would be sent to Benghazi one day before the anniversary of 9/11 is indeed vexing but that he would be sent to a location that was woefully unprotected and had been attacked with an I.E.D. that blew a large hole in the perimeter wall is beyond troubling. There had been several terrorist attacks on western installations as well prior to September 11th as chronicled in a letter from House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa to President Barack Obama.

The Obama administration knew of Ansar al-Sharia’s involvement in Benghazi as the attack was being carried out but stonewalled until ultimately having to concede to the truth. On September 15th, the day that U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice’s talking points were being scrubbed of any reference to Ansar al-Sharia, even the New York Times reported that the group was likely responsible."
