This, in my view, is disgusting Lt Col Charlie Brown!!! For a police officer to hand over his/her service pistol & badge is wrong on so many levels... The officer involved should be fired, nit suspended, & her friendshould be charged with more than impersonating a police officer... The color of one's skin has zero bearing on this... I do hope that the officer & Her friend are punished to the full extent of the law!
