As far as I am concerned it was beyond deplorable for the Oakland Mayor Elizabeth Beckman "Libby" Schaaf to warn the illegal aliens with violent offenses on their record of an immanent ICE raid LTC Orlando Illi. Shame on Mayor Schaaf.
