Is this Navy Plate already being issued by DMV, or are they in the process of determining if enough plates will be ordered <It use to be 350.... don't know now>???

The beneficiary, NMCRS is a great organization to receive the funds this would create.
Is that navy logo a done deal on the design? I've always been partial to the official Dept of Navy Seal, that IMHO, reflects a historical as well as a strong presence. I've seen other State's Navy LP bear this DON Seal too
