I'm sure that my Sheriff would refuse to enforce unconstitutional laws, regardless of where they came from.

That is one question I ask of our sheriff when they are being voted into office. As the top law enforcement voted in by the public he has the authority to arrest federal agents within his county disobeying the constitution. If he says he can and will, he has my vote.
