The student has a gender. That is determined by his/her DNA from the moment of conception, not by his/her feelings or desires (or his/her parents desires). You do not misgender someone, someone may misgender themselves. That is about it. Of course that is setting aside those born as an intersex person (one with both sets (partial) of sexual organs). Everything else is a misdirection.

This is insane. Gender is a biological fact determined before birth. If adults want to present themselves as of some other gender, that's their thing I guess. But a child? No. No way. No how. No. No. No. No. Also, I'm not seeing the religious issue here - it's a biological issue. Science. Facts. Reality.

He knew what language to use but didn't because of his religious beliefs. So him being fired should come as any surprise should it? “Mr. Vlaming was recommended for termination due to his insubordination and repeated refusal to comply with directives made to him by multiple WPPS administrators,”
