Still reading up on it, who did what or why not.
Not surprised at all about this administration as any turmoil, terrorist attacks and the sort, seem to benefit it, better said they try to benefit from it.

Sounds like the urgency of fixing that system just wasn't a priority. Who kept pressure on it really? We might only hear about once a year around this time. And we move on...
