America has been in and out of wars throughout its history. How sad that it hasn't had the opportunity to cut loose and celebrate a victory since August 1945. It matters not that our military forces have risen to every challenge. It only matters that our fearless leaders simply seem to have lost the ability to define what a victory looks like.
