Volunteer Management Information System

Just out of curiosity, since I'd sent in that long question about volunteering a little while ago, have any of you ever seen this, on that whole Army Volunteer Corps (AVC) thing? I just figured I'd send this, I haven't gotten anywhere trying yet with them, though I've asked...if any of you know anything about them, I'd really love to know, their main offices are at Ft. Sam Houston, I've gathered, no rush, just wondered, obviously....
