Mr. Rausch responded to telephone calls and electronic communications, including a telephone line reserved for veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan.

Everybody talks... but as they say actions speak louder. This is why government should be limited in what it actually controls. There should be government oversight, but leave the actual running of businesses to the private sector, we'd get better results. The VA, the TSA... and other agencies should be supervised by government inspector but run and staffed by private industry. They would run more efficiently, more cost effectively and get better results.
