It’s about time something positive comes out of my home state. There is still a lot to do to make things right in that state.

SGT (Join to see) - I was born and raised there. Went in the Navy Jan 1966 and returned after 11 years 3 months in the Navy. I worked for the Sheriff’s Dept until a on the job injury forced a medical retirement. Went full time RVing until 1992 and then left for Boquete Panama in 2013 and have not lived in Washington since then and don’t plan on living there again.

I concur in this instance based on the initial intent of the law. No weapon was used during the initial complaint, therefore there is no weapon to confiscate.
