A start, but must be backed up by action, not just empty speech.
GOP is clearly on the wrong side of history on LGBT issues, but Mr. Cox appears to be genuine here, and I really hope he is showing an evolution of the GOP's platform away from social conservatism and back to fiscal conservatism and social moderation where the party was before it started courting evangelicals and made Christianity a party platform plank.
