Waving AR-15 is red flag to Californians

They really have no clue. I fear that if the 2nd Amendment is ever deleted, the first would be right behind it. These people have no idea as to why the second amendment is in the Constitution.

They need to get a life.

If you look at the 2nd in it's whole it was ment to protect the people from government, persecution, and foreghin invasion.
If you look back into history there are many articals about the definition and why it was created. Even the state laws would and could be considered infringement upon the 2nd.
If people would just educate themselves!
