Police, Fishermen and pilots saw this at 11 PM on 10-4-1967. They thought it was a crippled plane with its landing lights on. It was a UFO that hovered over the water, submerged and moved elsewhere before disappearing. Canadian Navy divers were called in and they found nothing. PO1 William "Chip" Nagel not sure if you can help us out here with your background on this for any rational explanation. These were not sailors hallucinating from lack of sleep. In my humble opinion UFOs are a real phenomena. We saw them when I was stationed at White Sands Missile Range, I can remember an incident in 1987 in which the Air Force went bezerk. We had FLIR video and radar tracking data which was confiscated by higher authorities for examination.

I saw someting real cool around 1000hrs one Saturday night. I hope it was ours. We could use it on the NORKS and I should get a free ride with all the tax monies they got from me.
